Scouting Tevis Flowers

Tevis Flowers was the starting quarterback for South Panola last season but was switched to his natural position at corner this fall. The move paid off as the 5' 11" corner was one of the main playmakers for the Tigers defense this year.

Name: Tevis Flowers
South Panola (MS)
6' 1", 180-pounds
Memphis, Arkansas State, N' West CC, East MS CC Ranking: NR live evaluation: Tevis Flowers made the game winning pick in the corner of the endzone to save the 6A title for South Panola in the closing seconds against Brandon. It was a fitting end for one of the Tigers most athletic players. Flowers has played a wide range of positions throughout his career for Lance Pogue and finally found a home this season ar corner. He flips his hips nicely and has the speed and quickness to close in on the ball.

Coach Lance Pogue

"This was Tevis' first season to play corner for us. He is a big corner, 6' 1", with good potential."
